Stawell Servo Investment Sold

A rural petrol station and motel truck stop investment on a prominent highway location with redevelopment upside at Stawell in north-western Victoria has been sold by Ray White Commercial.

The fuel station at 29-31 Aratat Road, Stawell, was sold for an undisclosed sum to a private investor by Brett Diston of Ray White Commercial Vic-Nunawading on behalf of a private investor owner.

Brett Diston said the property was leased long term and was returning net rental income of $150,000 per annum.

“This property on the outskirts of Stawell is on a land area of approximately 15,000 sqm and has huge development potential.

“The asset is commercially zoned and offered an investor the opportunity to add value.”

Brett Diston said the new owner intends to upgrade the property which is in need of some attention.

Stawell is approximately 237km north-west of Melbourne and is famous for the annual professional foot race the Stawell Gift. The town is also the gateway to the Grampians National Park.
