Warehouse/Office at Clayton Sold
A warehouse/office within a tightly held industrial development in a prominent location at Clayton in Melbourne’s east has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $765,000.
The vacant approximately 399 sqm building at 17/1866 Dandenong Road, Clayton, was sold prior to auction to a local owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Victoria Director Brett Diston on behalf of a private owner.
Brett Diston said there was strong interest in the commercial building which has recently been upgraded.
“Among the recent renovations was a new professional office fit out and an upgrade to the kitchen facilities,” he said.
“The high clearance warehouse has an electric roller door entry and 3 phase power while the property title includes four car spaces.
“The site is ideally located close to major arterial roads.”
