Tenanted Freehold Scoresby Investment Sold

A tenanted freehold warehouse/office at Scoresby in Melbourne’s outer east has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial for $855,000 and a yield of 6.5 per cent.

The building at 6 Keith Campbell Court, Scoresby, was sold under the hammer at the Ray White Commercial Investment Auction at the Novotel Glen Waverley.

The property was sold to a local investor by Brett Diston of Ray White Commercial Victoria on behalf of a private owner.

Brett Diston said there was strong interest from investors in the property, which returns rental of approximately $55,640 per annum with the current tenant on a 3 + 3 year lease.

“Freehold investments of this calibre are hard to find and in combination with a long standing tenant the expectation is this property will enjoy positive growth in the years ahead,” Mr Diston said.

The approximately 550 sqm building is situated on a land area of approximately 1,000 sqm.

“The property is well situated near Eastlink and the intersection of Stud Road and Ferntree Gully Road,” Brett Diston said.

Scoresby, named after the Arctic explorer William Scoresby, is located approximately 29km east of the Melbourne CBD.
