Springvale Industrial Warehouse Sold for $1.1 Million

A warehouse/office facility formerly used for a printing business at Springvale in Melbourne’s east has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1.1 million.

The vacant approximately 800 sqm building at 14/56 Smith Road, Springvale, was sold to a local owner-occupier by Brett Diston of Ray White Commercial Vic-Nunawading on behalf of a private investor owner.

Brett Diston said there was keen interest in the modern warehouse complex from both owner-occupiers and investors.

“This was a well-maintained warehouse that is ideally located just off the Princess Highway,” he said.

“The warehouse is clear span with ample power as the previous occupant used the site for printing presses

“The complex also comprises three offices and a reception area and it is zoned commercial 2.

“The property is close to shopping centres, cafes, restaurants and transport links.”
