A premium tenanted office investment in the heart of the Melbourne CBD has been sold by Ray White Commercial for a 7.1 per cent yield.

The approximately 27.5 sqm office at 303A/480 Collins Street, Melbourne, was sold to a private investor for $155,000 by Ray White Commercial Victoria Nunawading Director Brett Diston on behalf of a private owner.

“This was a solid investment opportunity with the office returning net rental income of $11,152 per annum,” Brett Diston said.

“The tenant has a 1+1+1 year lease for this premium office investment on sought after Collins St.

“The property is situated in the legal and financial district of the CBD with close access to public transport, main transport arterials, shops and restaurants.
