Eclectic Northcote Warehouse Sold at Auction

A “little gem” warehouse/office in the heart of the Northcote industrial precinct in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial.

The approximately 155 sqm vacant property at 15/167 Beavers Road, Northcote, was sold under the hammer for $645,000 to a local owner-occupier by Brett Diston of Ray White Commercial Vic-Nunawading on behalf of a private owner.

Brett Diston said there was eager interest in the “light and bright” warehouse facility which included a mezzanine office.

“We had a good crowd for the onsite auction and two bidders who battled from an opening bid of $500,000 for more than 20 bids before the property sold under the hammer for $645,000,” he said.

“It was a great result with the sale price approximately $4,161 per sqm.”

Brett Diston said the warehouse is approximately 6km from the Melbourne CBD and was part of a complex with security fencing.

“This was an eclectic, entry level property in the highly sought-after Northcote industrial precinct,” he said.
